Alas Kedaton is one of the interesting tourist attractions in Bali in the form of protected forest areas where there are around 300 monkeys located in Kukuh Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. Because it has a forest that is still maintained its naturalness, then besides being a place for monkeys, this place can also be found in various other animals, one of them is the Kalong, a bat with long and large wings that are often found hanging on trees to wait for the night. To be able to get to this place, it can be reached about 15 minutes from the city of Tabanan and become a stopover if you take a trip to the tourist attraction Bedugul.
Alas Kedaton Temple
As with other places in Bali, in this place there is also a temple sanctified by the surrounding community and named Pura Dalem Kahyangan or better known as Alas Kedaton Temple. The name is monkey forest, so no doubt you will find wild monkeys, so you should pay attention to your luggage, because many monkeys here are doing nosy by taking guest luggage. At the entrance to this area there are also traders selling food to give to the monkeys here.
